The launch of the new Mini dancer brings floor standing dancer Loudspeakers from Usher into a lower price bracket than previously available.

Bridging the gap between the Tiny Be718 DMD Dancer and the full Be10 dancers, the Mini-1 and Mini-2 are on the streets at £2500 and £3700 respectively.

Featuring the same drive units as found in the Be718 DMD, that is where the similarity ends. Totally reworked crossovers, with a new Dancer shape. and voiced by Joe D'Appolito himself, the Mini-1 and Mini-2 are absolute works of art.

The size is not imposing, but a lot smaller than you have come to expect from Usher, but value for Money is as good as always.

With the Beryllium Alloy tweeter, featuring a mix of other metals, the second most common component being Titanium, the Diamond DMD tweeter features none of the ringing found in other tweeters by other manufacturers. The alloy mix used has been carefully chosen after a period of evaluation that high quality Audio companies like Usher still use, as a standard procedure for driver manufacture. Drive units are something Usher have been making for a much longer time than their own loud speakers.

The beauty of these loudspeakers cannot be overstated, when gracing a living room, the font panel is beautifully crafted and fitted to the curved body and it has all the usual level of finish and attention to detail that you would expect a Usher Dancer to possess.

The rear connectors are stacked vertically due to the rear of the speaker to be tapered in a 'teardrop' style, This adds to the appeal and completion of this superb new speaker.
