The plinth made from cast alluminium has the superb SKC non frictional coating bearing, the housing is machined and the resin cast bearing inserted. Finished in black (other colours availble to order) we feel the black colour compliments the polished allumium of the rest of the turntable. Fitted in the picture with Hadcock Cryo, a giant killer of arms, this creates an awesome combination for an affordable price well below that of other overpriced "super decks".
