The
very latest from Nuforce the Reference 9SE V3 Mono Block features the very best in components with no
expense spared, offering the very best in audiophile performance. It isn't
cheap sure, but believe me it has been worth the wait and more importantly
is well worth the money. Now available in Black, Silver, Rose copper.
We at HIAudio offered a world first for a review for the original SE Mono Block to Hi Fi World editor David Price, He loved them, a genuine 5 globe product. He then upgraded to the V2 and loved them even more.
The Reference 9 SE V3 incorporates an improved power supply board with a low-ESR capacitor bank. Further enhancements include a separate switching power supply for the analogue front-end, and improvements to the signal input section, including higher quality input capacitors, and the installation of premium 6-nines, oxygen-free copper input wiring. The SE version also comes fitted with the WBT NextGen RCA input connector and the Eichmann speaker "cable pods" as standard, and is switchable between balanced and single ended mode at input. Upgrades from earlier amplifiers without the Eichmann RCA input cannot be upgraded due to different size and shape of chassis fitting.

The upgrades add refinement and delicacy to the already excellent-sounding Ref 9. The tonal balance remains unaltered leaving a very neutral clean and powerful amplifier to fit at the back end of your system.
Upgrades: NuForce offer an upgrade path for all Ref 8.5/9 owners to full SE specification.
