METAVision Pixelfile Media Server

AudioFile CDR on off and reset switches, and four USB2 ports. With our fast ongoing development by our ex T-Mobile developers and our 2 channel digital expert here in Fife, the direction of MetaVision UK is changing. With the launch of the new PixelFile music server now only 2 weeks away. Our system as seen in early stages at the Heathrow Hi Fi Show in September and near completion at the recent Edinburgh Hi-Fi show last weekend, is both simple to use and very effective in opperation.

With the simple aim of optimal sound quality with convenience and of course ease of use with the minimum of fuss in install and maintenance. We have very nearly finished this challenging project

The PixelFile MS bears a striking resemblance to the PixelFile DVR series, and this is not unintentional. The new machine offers 90% of the functionality of the PixelFile DVR, without the twin Freeview tuner, or in the MS version DVD playback. The MS is unashamedly optimised for two channel playback. With a very stable build of the Windows XP OS as its core, the custom developed software is a joy and breeze to use. All the media loaded is cataloged and available by the simple touch a the touch screen PDA control. Sound quality is first rate and challenging CD players at the cost point this will be offered, and yet gives you the storage for nearly 3000 CD's with no lossly compression seen and used anywhere.

The system in sold form will include all you need to plug it into your existing TV/LCD as well as cable to get you connected to your HiFi or AV receiver so you can enjoy the system as soon as you plug it it.

Online help will be available and our sophisticated database keeps you and us abreast of your system and any recommended changes to keep you machine playing happily for years to come.

Upgrades will be available, with the machine being shipped back to us, or taken back to your retailer, for increase storage or media playback functionality.

Please visit the pages over the next few days, as well will be bring our you more photographs, and information as the Media Server Launch fast approaches.

Our Locally Hi Fi Corner branch in Rose Street will be the first store to receive a machine. Thereafter follow these pages as you will see these rolling out across the country.
